SPLASH PAD
RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Open 8AM to Dusk from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
2. In the event of an emergency call 911.
3. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult. All children must have adult supervision at all times.
4. Swim diapers are required for all children under 4 years of age.
5. Footwear/sandals are strongly recommended.
6. Please vacate the park when lightning or thunder occurs. There is a 30-minute waiting period after the last occurrence of lightning or thunder.
7. Swimsuits must be worn at all times.
8. No drinks, candy, tobacco, gum, alcohol, or food of any kind shall be permitted in the splash pad or within the required walkways of the splash pad.
9. No glass allowed within the splash pad and its required walkways.
10. No skateboards, roller blades, bicycles, and/or scooters are allowed on the splash pad.
11. Do not climb, hang, swing, or pull on any of the splash pad equipment.
12. Athletic equipment, balls, bats, beach balls, noodles, pool tools, etc. are not allowed on the splash pad.
13. No running.
14. Roughhousing or violent play is prohibited.
15. No animals allowed except for service animals.
16. DO NOT DRINK THE WATER! The splash pad uses recirculated water.
17. If incontinent, wear tight fitting rubber or plastic pants or swim diapers.
18. PEOPLE WITH SORE OR INFLAMED EYES, COLDS, NASAL OR EAR DISCHARGE, BOILS, OR OTHER ACUTE OR OBVIOUS SKIN OR BODY INFECTIONS, OR CUTS SHALL BE EXCLUDED FROM THE SPLASH PAD.
19.  The splash pad is unsupervised but is monitored by camera.
20.  You are using this facility at your own risk.
